International technology group ANDRITZ has acquired LDX Solutions, a leading provider of emission reduction technologies in North America. With annual revenues of about $100 million, this acquisition strengthens ANDRITZ’s environmental technology portfolio and expands its presence in the growing North American market.

LDX Solutions, known for its legacy brands Dustex®, Geoenergy®, and Western Pneumatics, provides advanced clean air technologies such as wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP) and regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO). The company has over 250 experts and an installed base of more than 2,000 systems, enhancing ANDRITZ’s service offerings in the region.
