The move comes in response to feedback from German installers, with 41% expressing challenges in keeping up with shifting drinking water regulations. The upcoming mandates focus on the hygiene requirements for materials, especially lead, in contact with drinking water.
To address these concerns, Resideo’s Global Water Product Director, Sylvain Baladon, emphasizes the importance of installers being equipped with future-ready solutions. The new filter lineup not only meets lead-content regulations but also boasts user-friendly installation and contemporary design elements.

Manufactured in Mosbach, Germany, Resideo’s water management products are renowned for their quality and reliability, backed by decades of industry expertise and a five-year warranty. The upcoming lead-free filter range will feature popular products like the HS10S water supply unit, F74CS and FK74CS filter & combination, and F76S reverse rinsing fine filter.
Each product in the range will be crafted from lead-free materials, aligning with the impending Trinkwasserverordnung standards derived from the European Drinking Water Directive.
