Melissa Aquino, senior vice president of Water Quality at Veralto, expressed confidence in the acquisition:
“Aquafides enhances Trojan Technologies’ ability to serve European customers with strong local support and excellent service while also expanding our UV treatment portfolio with high-quality, efficient, fit-for-purpose systems. We look forward to welcoming the Aquafides team to Veralto and unlocking new growth opportunities together.”
Shared Vision for Clean Water Solutions
Aquafides’ founders, Friedrich Stadler and Wolfgang Ecker, emphasized the synergy between the two companies: “Aquafides and Trojan Technologies share complementary technologies with similar cultures inspired by the mission of bringing clean water to communities who depend on it.”
Veralto operates several water filtration and UV treatment brands, including TrojanUV, Aquafine, VIQUA, and Aria Filtra (formerly Pall Water). With the addition of Aquafides, the company further strengthens its position as a global leader in water purification technologies, ensuring safer and cleaner water for various applications.
